Jacky holds professional certifications in cyber crisis management from Reichman University and cyber insurance from Israel’s National Cyber Directorate. His extensive professional experience includes senior managerial roles in the financial and banking sectors, specializing in risk management, insurance, and regulatory compliance. In his banking career, Jacky founded the insurance division, overseeing comprehensive regulatory licensing processes, the implementation of advisory systems, staff training and development, as well as managing operational and sales activities. Additionally, he served in a professional capacity at the Topaz hedge fund of Meitav.

Jacky holds licenses in pension insurance, general insurance, and investment management.

Outside of his professional life, Jacky actively participates in endurance sports, including marathons and Ironman competitions, and is the father of two daughters.
